Please sign in with name and branch as you enter the Hall.
From 9.30am Doors open to Stock Village Hall for setting up
10.3 am Welcome. Tea and coffee will be available
11.15am Closing time for items for EHA Sales Table
11.15am All entries for Alice Meadows Taylor Cup, Margaret Lyon Cup, St Osyth Wood Award, Harris Cup and Mrs Brocklebank Cup should be in place by this time. Voting will take place during the lunch break.
Branch Displays for the Babylon Vase should also be complete by this time for judging by Braintree branch to take place over lunch.
11.30pm AGM
1.00pm Lunch. Please bring your own but there will be tea and coffee. Members will be able to vote for the competitions. Time for voting the work entered for the cups, getting your raffle ticket and browsing through the Sales Table.
2.00pm Speaker: Fran Saltmarsh who will give a talk on a costume era
3.15pm Presentation of the Alice Meadows Taylor Cup, Margaret Lyon Cup, St Osyth Wood Award The Harris Cup, Mrs Brocklebank Cup and Babylon Vase
3.30pm Close of meeting
